MY STORY

Certified Master Sports/Fitness trainer & Level 2 Nutritionist Jeremy Watford started his Black Owned business to improve the lives of others mentally, physically, and emotionally through diet and exercise. From my childhood until 2017 there weren't many days that I had missed the gym. In 2017 I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease(Spine,Back), and this put me away from exercising for 5-6 months. The time away made me look further into my approach to training and the way that we eat. These adjustments have changed my life for the better in so many ways. The things we consume can make or break our life. I will improve the lives of as many people as possible with the knowledge I have gained. Everyone deserves to live their best life and you haven't lived your best life until you've seen what diet and nutrition can do for you.
